Design Philosophy

What is "Design with a purpose"?

Quite simply, it is design - any design - that fuctions to complete a specific task, or a set of tasks. This could be a design created primarily to guide a web user to focus on a specific task - for example, to click a "Buy it now" button. Another example could be to focus a recipients attention on a toll-free number of web-address in a piece or direct mail.

Through the use of colors, shapes and imagery - a successful design can do much more than simply reinforce brand identity, it can "function". A good design "works" toward its purpose.
